ABOUT THE V

V Restaurant has evolved over the years from the most upscale dining establishment in Calaveras County since 2003, to being a multi-dining room heavy hitter on Main Street. With the addition of V Bistro in 2011 , business has soared. It was clear that this type of establishment was much needed and welcomed in downtown Murphys. With a large local following and many return customers from out of the area, V has been called the "Cheers" of Murphys. Many friends have been made here over delicious and unique dishes and the best cocktails in the Foothills. 

In 2019, V, changed hands and is now owned by two local women. Long time friends, Gina Galloway & Heather Tindle, have worked hard to keep the V Restaurant, Bistro & Bar relevant, fresh, creative, popular and accommodating to all who pass through its doors.
